Privacy Policy

Bri Well Nutrition collects information from you for the primary use of providing quality health care. We require your consent to collect this information about you. We require personal details and medical/personal history so that we may assess and treat in accordance with your needs.

Bri Well Nutrition uses third-party apps to collect information for the purposes of arranging your bookings and taking payments.

Bri Well Nutrition uses a third-party app emailing list to keep clients updated with Bri Well Nutrition operations and offers. This emailing list in an opt-in service.

The apps mentioned above are bound by their own privacy policies and will never disclose or sell your information.

We may use the information you provide in the following ways:

·      Administrative purposes including booking management

·      Billing purposes

·      Disclosure to other health professionals (with your consent) for specialist referrals

·      Marketing (specifically for the emailing list) – do not despair, I don’t like being spammed with emails either so I will not do that to you.

By partaking in consultation with Bri Well Nutrition, you agree to the above terms.


Confidentiality and Informed Consent

All of the personal information gathered through forms, during consultation or through other avenues such as emails is protected by client confidentiality. As your nutritional medicine or flower essence practitioner, I will never disclose or discuss your private information outside of the clinical environment without your consent.

However, I have a duty of care to contact relevant professionals if there may be a threat to your or other's safety.

If you have agreed to be referred to another health or medical practitioner,  I will gain consent from you before disclosing your information to them.


Cancellation Policy/ No-Show Policy

Bri Well Nutrition endeavours to remind clients of upcoming bookings through email and SMS. As a Sole Trader, my time is important and I do appreciate prompt notice of your intention to cancel. However, I do know and understand that sometimes life happens and other commitments take priority. Bri Well Nutrition reserves the right to implement this policy on a case by case basis.

24 hours notice is required for appointment cancellations. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.

A 50% fee may also apply to No-Shows.

Bri Well Nutrition requires any outstanding fees to be paid before rendering further services.
